Orlando International Airport (MCO) is a pretty
big place. When you land, you'll take a train
fom the gate area to the central terminal
building. Once you're there, follow the signs to
"Baggage Claim" which is one
level down. After you claim your bags, you'll
need to go down another level to the "Ground
Transportation Area".
Due to heightened security measures at
Orlando Intl. Airport, the following
requirements must be followed:
1. After you receive your bags on LEVEL 2, call
your driver. (You will be given your driver's
direct cell phone number the night before your
trip when you call our Dispatch Desk to confirm
your trip between 7PM and 9PM.)
2. Take elevator one floor down below
baggage claim to LEVEL 1, go outside to SPACE
15, where you will find a “Out of Town
Shuttle sign."
3. Wait there until the driver comes in. If
you are not at this location, the driver will
not re-enter the airport and you will have
missed the shuttle.
